Making Reservations

Making your reservations with TY Realty Hawaii can be a quick and easy process if all the appropriate information is gathered prior to calling. However, if some of the travel arrangements have yet to be determined, please call to reserve a tentative date with the information you already acquired.

Step 1. Get all flight information (Dates, Times and name of airlines traveling on)

Step 2. Call the TY Realty Hawaii Office in Hawaii (808) 941-6675 / (877) 897-3258 toll free. Reminder: If you are calling from the U.S. Mainland understand that you are a few hours ahead. Call at an appropriate Hawaii Time (between 9am-5pm).

Step 3. Ask to speak with Nancy Yamamoto or one of the agents available and give her or them the appropriate information.

*Please also include whether you would like internet access on the day of your arrival.


Directions to TY Realty From Airport

Upon leaving the airport, take the H-1 HONOLULU.

Follow H-1 Honolulu to PUNAHOU EXIT #23.

Take the exit.

Turn RIGHT on PUNAHOU STREET and move into the second lane from the left.

Stay on Punahou going straight. This will cross over Beretania Street and cross over King Street.

Punahou Street will dead end. TURN RIGHT on PHILIP STREET. Philip Street is very short and will dead end at KALAKAUA AVENUE.

Turn LEFT on KALAKAUA AVENUE.

1750 Kalakaua is about 2 blocks on the left. CENTURY CENTER building is a 40 story mirrored box. (You will be able to see Century Center building when you turn off the freeway.)

Turn left into Century Center. Take the parking ticket and drive forward to the guest parking. Park the car. TY Realty will validate the parking.

PLAN A: If your arrival to Century Center is between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. please come up to #209. (Diamond Head corner on the 2nd floor. Walk to the mezzanine, stairs are behind the wall that reads Century Center.) We will have the keys and the check-in paper work ready. (If we should have to leave the office during business hours and you arrive, we will have the packet at the front desk.)

PLAN B: If your arrival at Century Center is after 5 p.m. or Saturday/Sunday, we will have a packet at the ground level front desk. An envelop to you from TY Realty, Inc. will have the keys, apartment information, and a map to the apartment. The first business day after your arrival we can square away the paperwork and payment. The Century Center ground level front desk is open 24 hours a day seven days a week. There is a 10 minute grace on your parking ticket. You should not have to pay parking when you just pick up a packet at the Century Center front desk.

Check-out Procedures

Upon learning your departure information (flight date/time), immediately notify our office:  CALL TY REALTY, INC.  941-6675

RECEIPTS.  Upon notifing TY Realty of the departure date and time, a receipt will be prepared and delivered to you prior to your departure.

KEYS:   Leave your keys, one/two sets, on the kitchen counter.  Remove all personal belongings from the room.  Lock the door knob on the way out.          

Reminders: Please notify the office of your departure arrangements well beforehand.  The sooner we have your departure times the easier it will be to process your receipts.

Please double check the apartment for all personal items.
