PLAN A: If your arrival to Century Center is between 9am and 5pm please come up to #209. (Diamond Head corner on the 2nd floor. Walk to the mezzanine, stairs are behind the wall that reads Century Center.) We will have the keys and the check-in paper work ready. (If we should have to leave the office during business hours and you arrive, we will have the packet at the front desk.)

PLAN B: If your arrival at Century Center is after 5pm or Saturday/Sunday, we will have a packet at the ground level front desk. An envelope to you from TY Realty, Inc. will have the keys, apartment information, and a map to the apartment. The first business day after your arrival we can square away the paperwork and payment. The Century Center ground level front desk is open 24 hours a day seven days a week. There is a 10 minute grace on your parking ticket. You should not have to pay parking when you just pick up a packet at the Century Center front desk.
